A lot of fab food at breakfast time. Big, cosy units provided with better sound proof, a view of the Sainokawara park, for instance.

Was an excellant place for trip. It was a lovely stay for two nights. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, at a short distance from Slipstream Sculpture. The hotel was in a good area, short walk to centre as well as the yubatake and shops. The bedroom was cosy and impeccable.

The room was tidy, impeccable and included climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. It was based in lovely building in a nice and unbeatable location, close to main attractions. Plus, it was very close to souvenir shops and street food vendors, and Sainokawara park/onsen and town center.

The rotenburo area felt a bit sterile and could benefit from more character!!! Closing it at 9:00 PM limits access during peak times.

This hotel delivers a wonderful traditional experience. The pleasant stay in a Japanese-Style room with futon left a lasting impression. I enjoyed the superb meals, with breakfast and dinner showcasing local cuisine that was both authentic and delicious. The warmth of the staff enhanced our experience, especially when they guided us through the customs, we felt comfortable. The room's futon felt thinner than what I'm accustomed to, which affected my sleep somewhat. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from the town center and natural hot springs. There's free coffee available, but being able to take it to go would improve the overall service experience.
